CA Shipping policy
Our order processing cut-off time is 11:00 AM. Any orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Additionally, we are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), therefore, orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next available working day, typically Monday.
Once shipped, items should arrive within 1-2 working days (unless stated otherwise).
Postcodes located in offshore & non-mainland UK will incur an additional charge for some items.
We are able to ship internationally. For a delivery quote, please contact us directly. All international orders will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Hence, customers will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, and taxes.
Certain items, like Maxton Products will require shipping fee as these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The shipping fee for Maxton products to mainland UK is as follows:
- For Maxton Front Splitter, Side Skirts and Rear Valance: £15
- For Maxton Spoiler, Racing Rear Diffuser and Rear Side Splitter: £11
These will be automatically added to the total cost of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and shipping times may vary depending on the item's availability.
All products are brand new. We quality control, package and ship all items prior to shipping.
If you have not received your items after 5 working days, you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item, we will investigate the matter with our couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
