Alloy Wheels Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Our alloy wheels come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use and service.

What Is Covered?

1. Structural Defects: Cracks or buckles caused by manufacturing defects. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Paint and Finish: Peeling, flaking, or other defects in the paint or finish due to manufacturing faults.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by (including but not limited to):

• Improper installation (e.g., incorrect torque settings, unbalanced fitting)

• Accidents, collisions, or impact-related damage

• Use of improper cleaning products or harsh chemicals

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, and corrosion

• Road hazards such as potholes, curbs, or debris

• Modifications, including repainting or repairing the wheels

• Usage in motorsports, racing, drifting, or any off-road conditions

• Repairs or alterations by a third party (warranty is void if the wheel is modified)

🔹 The above list is for reference only and does not cover all possible exclusions. Carbon Accents reserves the right to deny warranty claims if damage is determined to be outside manufacturing defects.

Warranty Process

Step 1: Contact Us

To submit a claim, email support@carbonaccents.com with the subject line:
"Alloy Claim - [Your Order Number]"

Include the following details:
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
✔ Clear photos/videos of the alloy wheel showing the issue 

✔ Clear photos of the labels on the box 

✔ Clear photos of the engraved lettering at the back on the alloy wheel
✔ A detailed description of the issue

Step 2: Claim Review

• Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5 working days.

• If further inspection is required, the customer may need to return the wheel(s). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Step 3: Resolution

If the claim is approved, Carbon Accents will, at its discretion:

1. Replace the wheel(s) with an identical or equivalent product.

2. Provide a partial or full refund.

🔹 Important Notes:

• Claims must be reported within 14 days of noticing the defect.

• Once a refund (partial or full) is provided, the warranty is considered fulfilled, and no further claims can be made on the same wheel(s).

This warranty only covers the wheel(s) and does not include any additional costs such as tire mounting, balancing, alignment, labor fees, or indirect damages.
