What is your delivery time?

We dispatch all orders within 1 working day. 

Delivery to UK Mainland is within 1-2 working days. 

Delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.


Where is my order?

If your order was placed more than 1 working day ago and has not been in touch. Please contact us so we can see the reason for the delay.

If your order has already been dispatched, please check the status of your tracking number. If you still require assistance, please contact us.


Do you offer a weekend delivery service?

Unfortunately we do not offer a guaranteed weekend delivery service.


Do you offer a collection service?

Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for a collection service. However we offer free 24/48 hour UK mainland shipping.


Why did the payment transaction fail?

Transactions can fail for various reasons, the most common being the incorrect billing information was provided at checkout. Please ensure you carefully enter your payment card details and your billing address matches the address linked to your bank account.

My purchase was unsuccessful but why have I been charged?

Your bank will make a pre-authorisation payment to ensure your billing information is correct and that you have the required funds to complete the transaction. However, if your order was unsuccessful, the pending amount will be reversed automatically by your bank within 5 working days.


Do you offer a payment plan?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a payment plan.
